Prateeksha Web Design provides website design, development, SEO, social media content creation, landing pages, sales funnels, lead generation, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon separately through a proposal, quote, or service agreement.
2. Use of the Website
By using our Site, you agree to:

For client projects: upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom website's frontend design and source code (e.g., Next.js frontend) delivered as part of the agreed project scope, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Any custom backend systems, Laravel CMS/admin functionality, proprietary tools, internal APIs, and third-party licensed components remain the property of Prateeksha Web Design unless explicitly agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
4. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal or invoice.
- A deposit may be required before work begins, as outlined in the project agreement.
- Monthly website plans are billed on a recurring basis and are subject to the terms of the specific plan.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services or work until the outstanding balance is cleared.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the work already completed.
5. Project Delivery and Timelines
We make every effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines depend on timely provision of content, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline accordingly.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete content, images, and information for the project
- Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner
- Ensuring they have the rights to any content they provide to us
- Maintaining their own backups of website data after project handover
7. Hosting and Maintenance
If hosting or maintenance services are included in your plan, they are provided as described in the service agreement. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prateeksha Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee specific results (such as search engine rankings or conversion rates) from our services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. For monthly plans, cancellation typically requires 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due for work already completed.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
